想要Treaty是填8833嗎

H1 Postdoctor researcher 退稅填1040NR-EZ, 想要Treaty是填8833嗎, 還是8233,或W-8?

還有1040NR-EZ Item J:
“Were you subject to tax in that country on any of the income that you claim is entitled to the treaty benefits”
Should I choose “yes” or “no”?
我理解上麵這句話如下:
"你在中國是否需要對你免稅的收入上稅?"
因為我沒在中國對這部分收入上稅,所以應選"NO"?
請問是這樣嗎?
