請教:高速非超速罰單會在criminal background check裏顯示嗎？

我罰單的情況具體見舊帖：http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/law/232070.html。條款是: fail to yield or stop upon approaching emergency vehicle 41-6A-904(1)

在和prosecutor溝通後，對方願意給一個PIA，包括罰款和6個月不違法等，之後"plea will be withdrawn and the case will be dismissed." 。我們樂意接受這些條件，但是這位prosecutor又說了If someone ran your criminal background they would see the charge and that you entered into a PIA.

 

所以所有條件達成後，還是會進入犯罪背景記錄的嗎？這個紀錄是永久的嗎？高速超速罰單也是如此，還是隻有我這類情況才是這樣呢？惴惴不安，請教各位大拿，先謝過了。
