Sec. C12-529. - Appeals.
If the property owner or other responsible party disputes the Grading Official's decision to record a grading violation, this decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission in the manner provided in this chapter. The appeal to the Planning Commission must be filed within 15 calendar days from the date of the decision of the Grading Official regarding the grading violation. The appeal to the Board of Supervisors must be filed within 15 days after the decision of the Planning Commission. Written appeals shall be filed with the Planning Office and must be accompanied by a fee prescribed by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
