Also a judge won't accept your excuse of not seeing the officer because you need to move the other side when you see a flashing light on highway and slow down at the same time. Further before passing the flashing spot you already observed the pickup's response to the flash light. You should do the same move. However your LG lacked such experience to move timely and failed to move your vehicle away the flashing spot (you don't need to see whether there is people (officer) or not). You should feel lucky that your vehicle did not scratch anything on the flashing spot. Otherwise your not yielding the flash light is a criminal violation.
