W2，SSN號碼被人看了，

剛才收到我的W2，拿到手一看信封根本沒封口！而且紙皺巴巴的，肯定有人已經看過我的全部信息！這還是第一次出現這樣的事情。我想1.29號打電話給HR說如果有人拿我的SSN號碼做壞事，比如開信用卡啥的，我要SUE他們。太氣人！請問我可以這樣做嗎？謝謝！
