請教，設立trust，能避險嗎？

夫妻財產共有。夫妻各設individual trust放全部財產，互為trustees，如果一方有事（如車禍）被追究責任，trust能起保護財產作用嗎？

我的理解trust是對未成年孩子防止probation而設，如果孩子已成年，立個last will是否就可以了呢？trust有何優勢？
