急問- 關於home inspection

第一次買房，新手。什麽也不懂。 做完了home inspection, 也remove了inspection contigency. 對方給減了幾千塊用來 修熱水器和窗戶什麽的。不包括氡氣。 今天才知道很多人都做了氡氣測試。現在如果再要求氡氣測試可以嗎？ 還可以要credit嗎？
