問了一個律師,費用挺高的,所以想看看能不能自己弄。
LLC在賓州,是我和我先生的名下。有一個出租房是用llc買的。不想填1065表了,所以考慮改成single member llc.
上網查了一下,大概要做的是:
1. send a partnership dissolution form to the secretary of state office
2. a new operating agreement
3. submit a new 8832 to IRS
4. inform state tax agency
5. agreement from existing member
請問
a. 以上有什麽缺失的或者是多餘的步驟?
b. agreement from existing member 是不是就是partnership dissolution form?
c. 要考慮這個出租房title transfer的問題嗎?
