請教單身老貓，鄰居家的狗經常被鄰居牽到我們家草地上拉屎拉尿，導致許多局部枯死

惡心的是他不牽狗在他們自己家草坪上拉，而且讓割草的越界4-5尺割我家的草，導致兩家邊界前麵向我家凹進去4-5尺，我插了界標也不管用。

另外，他們家小孩也到我們家後院的Play Ground 蕩秋千，說了也沒有用。

有什麽好辦法嗎？
