RA or NR Help!!!

My situation in 2004 is:
I graduate in Feb (F-1).
I have OPT (2/13/04- 9/12/04)
but I applied I-140/ I-485 concurrently, I got EAD from that (05/13/04- 05/12/05)
May I count my residence day from May 13,2004? Am I RA or NR
