問個法律上的事，

有個人，他老了，錢又很少。但仍然住在自己的房子裏，承擔著各種各樣的費用，過的很貧困。他也很想住到政府給窮人的公寓裏去，但他的房子賣不掉，因為有lien在房子上。

他想撐到老了，到時候把房子傳給子女，據他說lien就購銷了，是不是這樣？
