Well, here's the thing...

I didn't sign anything with the dog owner, and it doesn't seem like he care about this. I don't know what to do, if I should take this seriously, or just let it go. I mean, this scar tissue still hurts , and the skin of that area gets really tight and uncomfortable once awhile. So... well, I'm in Canada, so I'll maybe check the laws here, as what you recommanded..
