緊急求助對付惡房東

I am living in Ontario, Canada. Recently, I have a dispute, with my former landlord. I moved out in the normal termination of tenancy. According to the lease, in this case, if the room is not cleaning, landlord will clean it, and charge the tenant cleaning fee not more than $100. I cleaned room all day. However, the superintendent said it was not cleaning and wanted to charge me 160. I asked why more than 100. He said the landlord said it should charge so much (according to the clean fee charge for a tenant in sublet case). I already paid 40.

I asked the landlord send me a letter to tell me the ground the charge based on. I received a letter today. It says the carpet is not clean and needs to be replaced, the wall needs to be painted. After that she will send me an invoice, I guess she wants to charge more than 160 so that it worth her to sue me if I refuse to pay.

Please advise me how should I do. Thanks a lot.
