回來後就著手準備材料以便file到county small claim court.
過了國慶節上個星期三,我給HOA manager發了封email, 心想這是到court見麵前的最後一次了. 大意是
It has been a month and a half since we talked about the window issue you promised to fix; but neither a response from you to my inquiries nor a call from the contractor has been received. You probably agree that from March to now in July isn't short, my patience is running thin. You can rest assured that this isn't the end of day; just matter of time we will get to the bottom of it.
發了後的第二天, 接了個電話, 是一個contractor打來的, 說是HOA 讓他們來修窗. 我們訂在星期二. 就是今天。這是今天上午他們在量窗:
看來是柳暗花明了 :)
