回答: 在加州，大部分公司都沒有employment contract，隻是給一個offer letter，雙方都是"at will"，由 sfbayparent 於 2017-06-20 12:36:05

Contract 上是寫到：我shall be entitled to join the company retirement plan. The company will contribute to the retirement plan. The level of the company contribution is in the range of 10% to 25% of my salary.

看上去，也沒太多必要去爭了，隻是覺得這公司有的莫明其妙，之前問過公司老板這事，他也一直沒說這policy, 直到最後離開時才講
