租房給欠稅的家庭，急需幫忙解答

好不容易下決心準備租房給 credit score 不足500但有良好租房記錄的家庭，卻發現他們的信用分低主要是因為欠了很多州稅聯幫稅造成的。 google 了一下，好像麻煩還不少，如果 RIS 追查起來是會把欠稅款轉嫁到房東身上的。這是真的嗎？極需這裏的懂法朋友們幫助解感惑。非常感謝！
