房子門窗被救火隊員損壞了

房客做飯忘了關火就出門了。結果濃煙滾滾，鄰居叫來了救火車。

救火隊員破門而入把門窗損壞了。修理這錢誰出呢？找保險公司還是房客賠呢？

如果找保險公司，會漲保險嗎？
