我準備買一個自住新建房,簽了購房合同給了定金(Earnest Money)支票$10000。 兩天後改主意了,不想買那個房子了。
由於支票還未兌現,請問可以停付定金(Earnest Money)支票嗎?停付了有什麽問題嗎?
合同中有Buyer's Default: Buyer shall be in default for falling to take action timely that delays closing. In the event of a buyer default, Seller shall be entitle to terminate this agreement and keep all of Buyer's deposit and payments for selections or options, as liquideated demanges but not as a penalty.
沒有Buyer's Option to Terminate條款,可能因為是新房子。
同樣因為是新房,沒有房產經紀人,直接向建商購買。
有一點不知是否重要: 在購房合同的一個部分,把共同購買者的名字拚錯了
