你寫的“can have Health Spending Account (簡稱HSA);”， 應該是 Health Savin

A Health Savings Account (HSA) is an account created for individuals who are covered under high-deductible health plans (HDHPs) to save for medical expenses that HDHPs do not cover. Contributions are made into the account by the individual or the individual's employer and are limited to a maximum amount each year.

 

我有HSA三年了， 我們是前2700/年自己付， 過了2700， 再去看病就是自己付10%， 直到從我HSA賬號付了5400/年後，就保險公司全付了。

我的保險公司是BCBS
