subpoena for production of document

我的前女房客在和她先生租我房子期間，搬出去另租了一個房子。不久又搬回來了。他們的租約去年五月到期搬出去了。男的搬到外州。女的和孩子搬到本地另一處。因寵物破壞，我扣了他們的押金。所以我沒有男的新工作地址。女房客電郵告訴我她們的新地址。

現在我收到一PM(她們估計毀約了）律師信(非掛號信），要求我提供前房客Lease Application, last three check copies, employment and address.

租房申請是男女4年前和寫的。男的不是被告。因女的卷款搬出，後來的房租是男另開的銀行支票付的。現在兩人分居兩地，大概在鬧離婚。

這個PM租房給女的應該有女的更新的lease application。他們要的東西（四年前的application，last three checks) 涉及男房客。我能不理嗎?
