房客欠房租，如果你沒有對方的地址，你很難拿回你該的那部分。這應該是法律上的漏洞吧。

我問了 process server, 他們也是從水電公司得到對方地址的，當然，他們有更好的手段。但是，也不能保證。

我這個辦法也是網上有人介紹的。
