這是"鹿"的責任,應該找鹿負責... (至少得將前腿剁了賠償給您....)

你這種情況,應該屬於 act of God, (act of God. An accident or event resulting from natural causes, without human intervention or agency, and one that could not have been prevented by reasonable foresight or care—for example, floods, lightning, earthquake, or storms) 因此一般的情況這種車禍都不是  at-fault accident, 特別是事故之後,零件飛出再打到您,更不是對方可以控製的,

如果你有全保,交給您的保險公司處理,如果不是,可以問問對方的保險公司,不過老貓的猜想是您可能需要負責"自付額"的部份....
