剛成立了一個 LLC 小公司，收到政府寄來的 Commerce Tax Additional Information Form.

現在想取消這個公司，否則要年年付費。

怎樣做，才能消掉這個公司，避免今後年年付費？

這個新寄來的表格，上麵有 Tax ID， Business ID， 是否應該填，填好郵寄回去？不填可以嗎？ 反正打算消掉這個公司。
