Landlord grants tennat the option to extend this lease for an ad

To exercise this option, tenant must give landlord written notice on or before July 31,2013. Tenant may exercise this option only if tenant is in substantial compliance with the terms of this lease. 

2013年的時候，沒有給書麵通知，實際上這個條款當時就畫了個勾，沒有在意。大家相處挺好，沒有想到變故。
