求助網址注冊的問題

開了個小網站，asiangarden2table.com一年多了。最近有個南京的網站注冊公司給我發郵件說有人想注冊一樣的網站名，郵件如下：

we received an application from Ketong Holdings Ltd requested "asiangarden2table" as their internet keyword and China (CN) domain names（asiangarden2table.cn, asiangarden2table.com.cn, asiangarden2table.net.cn, asiangarden2table.org.cn). But after checking it, we find this name conflict with your company name or trademark. In order to deal with this matter better, it's necessary to send email to you and confirm whether your company have connection with this Chinese company or not?

 

我回複說，以上公司和我們公司沒有任何關係。然後就收到另外一個人的郵件。聲稱一定要要堅持注冊這些網址。

 

To whom it concerns,

We will register the China domain names "asiangarden2table.cn" "asiangarden2table.com.cn" "asiangarden2table.net.cn" "asiangarden2table.org.cn" and internet keyword "asiangarden2table" and have submitted our application. We are waiting for Mr. Jesse Liu's approval and think these CN domains and internet keyword are very important for our business. Even though Mr. Jesse Liu advises us to change another name, we will persist in this name.

我現在的問題是，他們可以注冊這些網站嗎？以後會不會對我產生不良的影響？我需要做什麽防止可能的不良影響。懇請大家分享經驗和建議，非常感謝。
