網上加入一個讀書俱樂部, 要求2年內買4本書.
我買了一次書, 2本, 其效率巨慢還老出錯. 後來就不再買他的書了.
2年後, 他給了一通知, 說我沒fullfill the agreement. 還自動在我的account上加了2本書的bill. 要我把錢匯去先, 他再寄書目, 我選好書,他再寄書. 否則, 他就讓national collection agency 來收錢.
想知道這個agreement有沒有法律效應. 我要是不給他寄錢, national collection agency會把我怎樣?
