Your borrower money history. There are major three companies give you scores. No lendlord/credit card company give you score. Credit card company report your credit card balance, payment on time or not every month (only 30 day delay is treated as later paid). But if you own landlord money and the landlord send infomation (sell the debt) to a collection company, it will be reported.

No borrow money does not mean you have good credit. Just no credit. To get a good credit score, you need to borrower more and return on time. Keep balance does not make your credit bad.
