關於打人一巴掌的事情，請問老貓檸檬和各位大俠，為什麽機場那個可以drop the charge?

前陣子吵嚷中美兩國的，在機場購物店因信用卡是否被盜用問題而打了售貨員一巴掌的那位女士，為什麽可以讓DA droped the charge, 但樓下職場的那位要麵對criminal charge? 機場那個還是在機場裏鬧得事。都可以有證人證據的，都是在加州發生的。
