問對方 - When did you discover the damages in the property? Before or after I moved out?
如果對方答“before”,就說“please prove to the judge that such damages were done and discovered before I moved out, such as emails, reports or discussions related to the damanges"
如果對方答 “after”, 就直接向法官說出結案陳詞。
The defendant is not able to prove those damanges were done while the property was still in my possession. It's totally unfair and no ground for me to responsible any damange that is discovered after the property is no longer under my possession.
