微信收到這公寓要求的兩份擔保的文件：
-- “Guarantor Pre-Leasing Application", 是關於我和我配偶的資料，還有credit history
-- ”Lease Contract Guaranty“ ，這份表明 --”You have the same liabilitiy as all Residents for rent and other monies owned.
這份裏說 "In consideration for us enter into the above Lease Contract with the Resident(s), as an inducement to us for making the lease, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, you guarantee all obligations of Resident(s) under the Lease Contract, including but not limited to rent, late fees, property damage, repair costs, animal violation charges, reletting charges, utility payments and all other sums which may become due under the Lease Contract."
根據以上的條款，我作為gurantor, 要承擔的就不隻有rent 了？ 那我還是不要簽這個文件，是不是太大風險了？
