is this a hit and run?

This noon when I backed my car to take off from the street parking, I hit the car behind me. The sound was loud but I didn't feel much push. I stopped and looked from the mirror (didn't go out) and didn't see any damage so I decide to leave. But just when I pull my car on to the street the driver of that car came. I stopped, and we checked the car together. No damages. However she looked unhappy and asked for my driver license and wrote down my license plate number.

I'm a little worried that she might think I tried to run away and will do something. Is there any charge she can do on me?
