Go to "clerk of court" desk in your local court house, give him/her your husband's name, ask for the case number of the criminal proceeding.
WIth the case number, go to local district attorney office, ask for "victim witness service", e.g. http://middlesexda.com/prosecution/victim-witness-services.php I don't know where you live, this is middlesex county in MA, find your local county da office.
The victim witness service may help you with the case number.
Usuallly they would contact you, but I don't know your case enough to know why you weren't contacted.
