我原持F1 簽證，可享受$5000 Treaty exemption 。10 月拿到綠卡。 我的問題是：在報稅時，應該填哪個表, 1040 or 1040NR？

在填表時，Treaty exemption, general exemption of $3100 and standard deduction of $4850 應該如何處理？
