我遇到騙子了嗎？

在craig's list上賣蘋果機，收到一個email要買。說是現在不在國內要讓給寄到馬來西亞去，要先給我paypal money過來還要付運費。覺得應該是騙子吧，但是不知道是怎麽個騙法。Paypal過來的錢還能退票的嗎？如果不能退的話，她會怎麽騙呢？就是有些好 奇。剛剛還收到email要問我的zip code準備給我打錢過來呢。
