最好聽從你保險公司的建議。當然更好的是買全保。

後麵兩個司機都要告，因為事實上他們兩個裏麵肯定有一個造成了事故，多一個墊背的保險一些。

Ask for real cost, plus your loss of income due to absence from work, and any other fees, such as attorney etc.  You ask for a big number and settle for a smaller figure.
