你老板並沒有因為你問問題而開除你，僅僅是要求你把帖子刪掉。你不要神經過敏地說人家因為你問問題而開除你。
你拒絕刪帖子，就是insubodination，這就是開除的理由。
當然，如果對方要求不合理，要求你和他睡覺，否則開除你，那是非法的。
但是，對方現在的理由很合理，你把公司內的程序發到外麵去了，類似就足夠了，不需要完全一樣。版權侵權的時候也不需要完全相同。
§ 102 . Subject matter of copyright: In general28
(a) Copyright protection subsists, in accordance with this title, in original works of authorship fixed in any tangible medium of expression, now known or later developed, from which they can be perceived, reproduced, or otherwise communicated, either directly or with the aid of a machine or device. Works of authorship include the following categories:
(1) literary works;
(2) musical works, including any accompanying words;
(3) dramatic works, including any accompanying music;
(4) pantomimes and choreographic works;
(5) pictorial, graphic, and sculptural works;
(6) motion pictures and other audiovisual works;
(7) sound recordings; and
(8) architectural works.
