你根本不懂什麼是 "Three Strikes Law" 特別是 Proposition 36, 2012,所以不懂就不要亂說..... 這個東西早就不是你所想像的. 好好做做功課,不要亂給其他人不合用的建議,事實上如果當事人照你的方式去做,出了事,你願意負責嗎?
