架勢擺足

Following the small claim court instruction, there is no need for asking every question where the instruction answers them all.

Remember to serve the paper to the defendant (the other driver).  Withtout serving the paper, the other party don't know when/where to show up for court.

Once you serve the paper, the other party ideally would contact the insurance company, which will get in touch with you to settle (hopefully).

Hopefully you won't need to actually fight the small claim lawsuit.
