Washington DC Speed Ticket 的問題

我本人在肯塔基州，用AAA的車保險。上月在Washington DC旅遊時，被電子裝置抓到超速（限速25，開到37），罰金100元。罰單上寫著 Points Will Not Be Assessed。 我的問題是,
由於罰單上寫著Points Will Not Be Assessed，是否意味著保險公司不會知道這次超速，進而不會漲保險費？
