保險裡除名時真的要問清楚。如果打電話去除名時,客服很多時候會問你“Would you like to exclude this driver from your ploicy?" Instead of "would you like to remove this driver from your policy?"。兩句話意思相近,但結果不一樣。就算你確認了“remove”,他們也有可能在處理完申請後用快速繞口令的方式向你讀出term&contition。繞口令時也可能出現一句“any removed drivers auto exclude from your policy"。所以我基本上都會上網更改policy好讓我有時間看清楚改動後的ploicy的完整T&C。除非是網上處理不了才會打客服。
