The tenant did not sign it because she said she would not agree some of the term on the lease. She said on the lease she is responsible to do the repair.
I am thinking to send her a letter or email to ask her if she agree with the term, if she reply back, either agree, then good, She is responsible for all the fixings
if she did not agree. I can send her the 30 day notice to end the month to month.
but what if she did not reply? can I state in the letter if she did not reply after certain time, I can assume that our lease is not valid?
