幾個問題

1.  你作為妻子能不能向他妻子（或者向他們共同擁有的房子）討債，取決於你們家和他們家所在州和所在國家的法律。請問借錢的時候他們住在哪裏? 你們住在哪裏？如果搬過家，我是問借錢的時候的住址。

2.  借錢的時候是否有紙麵欠條？如果沒有，很可能算贈予，誰也要不回來。
