似乎是你在刁難房客

幾個問題，

什麽叫major surgury? 請說事實（heart surgery, back surgery) 而不是說結論 (major surgery)，你看見她的傷口了還是醫療證明了？

租約裏麵有沒有相關規定，一般起碼有讓下一任房客看房的規定，如果有，起碼你可以借來爭一爭。

如果手術是事實，而且房客定期交租，請你用自己的常識思維(common sense)處理。
