從Zales買的Platinum戒指是假的，如何索賠？

前一周在Zales買了Platinum的戒指，一周之後竟然發現裏麵有兩處變黑，戒指是不是假
的？如何投訴他們？在美國又沒有像中國一樣發現假貨，賠償多少倍的規定？
