with regard to the underlying transaction, it would be deemed misleading that they place a cancelation button while not allowing cancelation or change. It is unreasonable that they do not allow cancelation. What if you reserve a hotel room in a city other than your destination? People do make mistakes like that occassionally. In addition, they have done nothing other than processing your order. Based on what you stated above, they did cancle your reservation. It means you have paid for almost nothing. I don't believe they will keep the money. I would suggest that you call the customer service, telling them that you cannot pay for 100 bucks for nothing. Maybe you could request a written confirmation that they concel your reservation but charge 100 bucks for that.
