If u want to keep ur marriage, u may do ur best, talk to her. If you can't keep her back, why u care whom that baby belongs to? U even don't have basic ablity to take care of the current two children. The child support for 3 children would take a lot of money from ur pay check, and u even can't have ur better life in ur rest money, don't even mention to visit ur children, have vacation with them.
Think about it, if u still love her, do whatever u can, otherwise, realize u r a loser, leave it alone, do ur best to pretect urself and ur children, if u can't, then u have only one way to go, flee, flee away yourself, prey for God to take care ur children.
