Car dealers don't give you a car first and negotiate price later

hospitals are required to provide emergency care without asking for ability to pay, what you are doing is to offload your medical cost to general public.  Legal, but not ethical.

now you wonder how come your son turn out to be whoever he is, I am not surprised.  Stop only think about yourself and your pride.
