You can either buy medicine from market, or Doctor can give you some samples. The sample will make sure this medicine works for you. If it works, The Doctor will ask you to buy the prescription for the future use. If it does not work, Doctor can change another medicine and you don't need to waste the money.
I think you have problem with your brian! As a lawyer, I suggest you should do a psychological evaluation at your doctor office!
