Even if your 生命保險的受益者寫的是孩子的名字, it is invalid without your spouse's consent. Your spouse is automatically the primary benificiary of your life insurance, unless your spouse gives up this right in notarized written statement.
You need your spouse's cooperation and better consult an asset planner or lawyer.
