對了，先說一下，我在政府本身也做和Legal 有關的事情, 不過不是Employment Law。。 這個case, 我去加州，就得申請Leave without Pay(就沒錢了）。 我不去我先生的所在地，就不能繼續我的fertility treatment和生小孩。在其他雇員在國外可以telework的時候，這件事情對於我有accomondation需要但是被拒絕了就是有Discrimination的concerns.
